payment / cancellation POLICY
Payment Policy:
- For online bookings, payment will be charged at the time of booking.
- For standard bookings made over the phone, payment will be charged five days prior to your arrival date.
- For all Non-Refundable Rates, payment will be charged when booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the arrival date will be charged 100% of the booking total.
- Please note that all Non-Refundable Rates cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances, regardless of when the cancellation is requested.
