Payment Policy

Please note that your credit card will be charged in full 5 days prior to your check in date. If your credit card declines one of our team members will reach out to you via email and or phone call to get another form of payment on the 5th day prior to your check in date. If we do not receive another form of payment by the 4th day prior to your check in date, your reservation will be cancelled. Should any damage or missing items from the room upon checkout your credit card on file will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policies

Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:

Signature, Signature Elite, Vdara:

Payment and Cancellation Policies: You will be charged for the Standard Rate five days before your arrival date, and there is a 72-hour cancellation policy prior to arrival. You will be charged for the Non-Refundable Rate at the time of booking, which is non-refundable/modifiable.
