I just wanted to provide a few comments regarding one of your reservation employees, Yolanda Jacobs. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Yolanda the past few years when booking rooms at the MGM Signature in Vegas for an annual trip my friends and I take.

Yolanda has provided exceptional and highly professional service each and every time I have dealt with her. She went above and beyond to help me with my plans. She is an excellent ambassador for your company and was very personable to speak with.

Having dealt with many telephone assistants over the years I must say that Yolanda was a pleasure to deal with due to her positive attitude and demeanor.

I am sending this email to thank one of your employees who helped me today. Her name is Yolanda and she went above and beyond for me. There are times when things happen (as in my case) that require special care. There are businesses that are more process driven than customer focused. This can hurt both the business and its travelers when last minute challenges arise. Your employee Yolanda is very customer focused!! She listened to my plight, placed me on hold and found a way to accommodate me for my upcoming travel to Las Vegas this weekend. This is what I call great customer service. As a result of the excellent service I received from Yolanda, Jet Luxury Resorts will be my first choice for future travels to the city. Thank you thank you thank you!!
